Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the box and not previously installed, or attempted installation. Buyer pays return shipping of unopened boxes. We cannot ship open boxes back to the warehouse, those will be sent to the landfill at the buyer's expense.

To start a return, you can contact us via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on when a delivery company can pick up your boxes.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and send parts or a replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, used wall beds or used mattresses, or previously used bedding. Please contact us if you need help with your item or have any manufacturer warranty questions.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If we determine you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your original purchase and you can purchase an alternate item.

Refunds
If your purchase is deemed eligible for a refund please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your card.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us .
