Return Policy: Urban Loft does not offer returns due to the complexity of freight and logistics. However, we will honor all manufacturer return policies, warranties, and damage policies. Please contact us with additional questions.

Terms and Conditions: All of our items are subject to stock availability with the manufacturer or distribution center. We will label our products "low stock" or "out of stock" if we have been notified from our manufacturers prior, however we may not be aware of a low stock situation until after your order is placed and sent to the distribution center. We will notify our customers and provide options for items out of stock, including refunds if the the timing is not suitable.
